About Happiful
Memiah, the founding company for Happiful, was established fifteen years ago by sisters Aimi and Emma. They wanted to help people find support and so the Counselling Directory was born. The Life Coach Directory, Hypnotherapy Directory, Therapy Directory and Nutritionist Resource followed. Fast forward to 2020 and there is now a community of 22,000 professionals, up and down the UK, spanning across all five sites and offering their services online, over the phone and in person, where possible.
Happiful Magazine launched in 2017 on a mission to reach the widest possible audience, with actionable advice and personal experiences of mental illness, drawing on the therapeutic knowledge from across Happiful’s family of Directories.
This year the Happiful created it’s very own mental health app which connects people with mental health professionals, life coaches, hypnotherapists and nutritionists as well as providing free access to all copies of Happiful in its digital format, information about peer support groups, articles and events.
