The Nicereply awards winners have now officially been announced!
The awards aim to “discover and promote customer service teams who deliver a unique experience for their customers and users.”
Nicereply presented awards in nine categories, based on the average customer satisfaction score (CSAT) and the total number of ratings received in the past 12 months. Nicereply awarded three companies in the main category – these are the teams that reached the highest average CSAT score worldwide.
We are delighted to announce that our Membership Services and Sales Team were awarded 2nd place in the Nicereply Customer Happiness Awards 2015, receiving the second highest rating average in the world!**
The team here at Memiah received over 3,000 ratings, with the average score of 9.89 out of 10.
